Student volunteers make a difference abroad

Community service goes international as students travel to Honduras

Students at The College of Saint Rose find many different ways to spend their summer. Some try use the time off for vacation to meet up with old friends and generally relax. Others are working summer jobs or have a summer internship. However, a group of students spent the beginning of their summer in Honduras volunteering on school sponsored trip.

Bicycle theft witnessed outside Campus Activities Center

Witnesses viewed a bicycle theft just after 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 27th from a bicycle rack on the Saint Rose campus. The incident took place on the south side of the Campus Activities Center in front of a crowd of students and onlookers.

New clubs and campus favorites entertain and attract students

As crucial as it is to attend class daily and spend ample amount of time studying at night, it is equally important for college students to use some of their free time doing things that cater to their interests. At The College of Saint Rose, there are many clubs on campus that can act as outlets for students to take a break from their books and participate in activities they thoroughly enjoy.
